Aletix AI provides hosted AI APIs and related software tools. Our Services are delivered as web-accessible and API-based hosted software with subscription and usage-based pricing.
You must create an account to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Certain Services require payment. We offer subscription plans and usage-based (pay-per-use) pricing. All prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage-based charges are calculated based on actual resource consumption (such as compute time or generation credits) and billed accordingly.
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits or compute time do not carry over unless specified in your plan. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days.
Your content. You retain ownership of content you create using our Services ("User Content"), subject to the licenses granted in these Terms and any applicable third-party model licenses. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your User Content as necessary to provide the Services.
Our Services. The Services, including software, design, and documentation, are owned by Aletix AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Services.
AI model outputs. Outputs generated by AI models through our Services may be subject to the license terms of the underlying model providers. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs, but we make no guarantees regarding the uniqueness or exclusivity of such outputs.
If you access our Services via API, you agree to abide by any rate limits, usage policies, and technical documentation we provide. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access for accounts that exceed fair usage limits or engage in abusive behavior.
If you use our managed infrastructure service with a dedicated deployment, you are responsible for the content generated by and conduct of your end users. You agree to implement and enforce acceptable use policies that are at least as restrictive as these Terms. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where your deployment operates.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice. For subscription customers, we will provide at least 30 days notice before discontinuing a paid feature.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aletix AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aletix AI, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
